If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Promotional item(s) are final and cannot be returned/exchanged
  • Returned item(s) must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned item(s) must have no signs of wear and/or use (should not be installed before)
  • All item(s) purchased from our resellers should be returned/ exchanged with them directly according to their own policy, Crestar will not be held responsible for the return/exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • All item(s) must be in the original packaging
  • Bring all item(s) for return/exchange to our office at:

  • Bring along the invoice as proof of purchase
  • Our operation hours for return/exchange is:

Mon – Fri: 10am to 5pm

Sat: 10am to 1pm

Additional Information: 

  • We do not provide any collection service for refunds
  • If you made an online order on our website, you can contact us at 6254 9483 to cancel/amend the order 1 business day before the delivery date
  • All refunds will take 2-3 business days to process and allow 7 business days or more for any refund to be reflected in your statement (depending on your bank)
